This questionnaire is a research-informed screening tool designed to help participants evaluate whether a workshop or seminar included characteristics associated with high-control or coercive influence environments.
It is not a clinical diagnosis.
For each statement, rate how much it describes your experience: 0 = Never, 1 = Rarely, 2 = Sometimes, 3 = Often, 4 = Almost always.
